• Generate and capture new Partners within the tech ecosystem (ISVs and MSPs), with a strong hunter focus (~80% of the role).
• Develop and grow the existing Partner portfolio through upselling and new business opportunities (~20% farming).
• Identify and develop business opportunities together with the Partner, leveraging our cloud product portfolio to reach the end customer.
• Drive demand generation through joint initiatives with Partners (workshops, events, trade fairs).
• Contribute to the development of the Partner Program: qualification, support, and growth of the network.

Qualifications

• -3 years of experience in B2B sales within the IT sector, ideally in Cloud (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and within the Partner ecosystem.
• Solid command of B2B consultative selling, comfortable with variable sales cycles (2 to 6 months).
• Outgoing, goal-oriented, autonomous, resourceful, and structured in your processes, with strong hunting skills and the ability to thrive in a team environment and under pressure.
• Availability to travel nationally on a regular basis; driving license and own vehicle required. A network of contacts or client portfolio is a strong plus.
• Commercial background, ideally IT-oriented; cloud certifications are a plus (not essential). Working knowledge of English to interact with international colleagues (day-to-day is in Spanish).
