Responsibilities
The Systems Integrator will support the Sponsor's organization as a critical member of the team. The candidate will be responsible for a wide range of duties including cross-organizational forums, organizing and planning communications, and summarizing and tracking key decisions and tasks.
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
  • The SI will support the interoperability of mission networks, requirements gathering, definition, and analysis.
  • Coordinate and plan for program & organizational review boards and other technical forums
  • Support the development and implementation of program management processes to include facilitation of requirement generation, developing project schedules and risk management processes.
  • Summarizes correspondence, highlighting key issues and topics, and provides follow-up to ensure appropriate, timely action is taken.
  • Administer and maintain project tracking applications such as JIRA and Confluence.

Qualifications
Required:
  • Must possess and be able to maintain a TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
  • BS 2-4 Years, MS 0-2, or equivalent experience in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a scientific or technical discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience in coordinating requirements and communicating potential issues related to technical or developmental projects and programs.
  • Demonstrated experience in applying critical thinking on technical capabilities to ensure mission integrity, performance and reliability.
  • Demonstrated experience in supporting technical meetings by gathering vendor technical documentation, taking meeting minutes and applying critical thinking to support problem solving programmatic issues.
  • Assist with the preparation of project plans
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and challenging environment.

  • Demonstrated successful experience with the development of project plans
