IP RECRUITER GROUP is recruiting for the following opportunity:
 
Work with patent agents, patent attorneys and engineers in support of patent procurement, competitive landscape analysis, technical aspects of patent portfolio assessments pertaining to patent licensing, litigation, acquisition, divestiture, and due diligence issues.  Perform patent mapping, searches and technical assessments of employed and/or patented technologies for a wide variety of legal opinions (infringement, validity, patentability, right-to-use).
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong technical background and applied engineering experience who already has gained some patent experienced related to the above functions and is interested in (a) transitioning full time into this dynamic field, and/or (b) moving into an opportunity wherein your patent experience will grow with a passionate, highly qualified, and growing team of experts and mentors.
For Patent Engineer or Agent:
    *  Minimum B.S. in Electrical, Computer, or Software Engineering, or Computer Science, and applied engineering experience relating to computer systems and engineering.
    *  Of particular interest would be experience relating to enterprise web and mobile security solutions, real-time threat prevention and related code analysis, firewall systems, WiFi, and telecommunications technologies.
For Patent Engineer:
    *  Ideally, you will have already gained some direct experience participating in the full patent procurement lifecycle and will have already passed or begun to prepare for the USPTO agent exam, as we are looking for individuals who are serious about continuing to grow as patent professionals.
For Patent Agent:
    *  USPTO license
    *  Experience preparing and prosecuting at least 10 patent applications.
