The Customer Service and Scheduling Coordinator will oversee the majority of interactions with homeowners—answering calls, managing schedules, and making sure information is shared clearly between staff and clients. To thrive in this role, you’ll need to be organized, dependable, and motivated by a genuine desire to help others. The ideal candidate is someone with a positive, “glass half full” attitude who enjoys problem-solving, building relationships, and keeping things running seamlessly behind the scenes.

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Roofing (or similar industry) knowledge preferred but not required

  • Willingness to learn and be part of a team

  • Strong work ethic and proven track record reliability

  • Service-oriented and able to resolve customer inquiries

  • Excellent organization skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to work well under pressure and think on your feet

  • Desire to problem solve and think outside the box and make suggestions to improve processes as needed.

  • Willingness to help out as needed beyond the scope of exact responsibilities.

  • Proficiency with apple, google suite, some type of CRM strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, responding promptly to inquiries and requests.

  • Schedule appointments, meetings, or service calls and ensure timely follow-up.

  • Maintain accurate client records, files, and databases.

  • Coordinate communication between clients and internal teams to ensure projects or services run smoothly.

  • Handle client concerns or complaints professionally, escalating when necessary.

  • Provide updates on project progress, timelines, or next steps.

  • Assist with preparing proposals, contracts, or client-facing documents.

  • Track and manage client service metrics (e.g., satisfaction, retention).

  • Support the onboarding of new clients to ensure a seamless start to services.

  • Foster strong, long-term relationships with clients through consistent communication and excellent service.

  • Other duties as assigned.
