JOB DESCRIPTION – SERVER (Full Time)

Rate: $4.00/hr plus tips

It is the job of the La Senorita server to fulfill the guests' needs while they are in the dining room.
These responsibilities include:
  • Greet Guests with Genuine Smile & Sincere Welcome
  • Suggestive Sell Specials and Extras
  • Take Food and Drink Orders
  • Deliver Food and Drinks to Guests
  • Handle Guest's Payment
  • Sidework
  • Cleaning
  • Product Knowledge
  • Provide Responsible Alcohol Service
  • Perform any other Duties as Assigned by Manager

Job Specifications:
Position requires ability to learn La Senorita’s standard service and operational procedures, organizational ability, friendly, professional and Guest Obsessed demeanor toward guests. Must be able to be on feet for extended periods of time and able to lift up to 50 pounds. Prior foodservice experience, especially serving, is helpful but not necessary. TRAINING WILL TAKE 6-8 SHIFTS BEFORE SERVING TABLES INDEPENDENTLY ($10/hr for training).
