    JOB DESCRIPTION:
    POSITION PURPOSE:
    To convert both inbound and outbound phone calls into sales appointments. Follows standard processes for the National Inside Sales Center. Engage in ongoing training activities with the National Inside Sales Center Coach and Leadership team. Work in collaboration with peers and leaders to support NISC initiatives around providing signature service to our internal and external customers.
    POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Convert inbound and outbound phone calls into appointments, follow communication "scripts" when handling different customer enquiries
    • Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
    • Participate in team meetings, 1:1 meetings and ongoing training as assigned by a leader within the National Inside Sales Center
    • Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
    DIRECTION OF OTHERS:

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATION, SKILL AND/OR COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS:
    • Bilingual (English/Spanish) required. Candidates must be able to speak, read and write both languages proficiently.
    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • One Year of customer service experience that requires the use of a software application to assist customers,
    • preferably in a call center environment
    • Employees must have the ability to work an assigned eight (8) hour schedule starting as early as 6:55am and
    • ending as late as 10:00 p.m. Monday through Sunday
    • Excellent data entry and typing skills; preferably must be able to type 35 wpm
    • Demonstrates a strong ability to multi-task and problem-solve with a sense of urgency
    • Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills
    • Ability to handle stressful situation appropriately
    PAY RANGE:
    $13.88 - $20.82
