• Diverse case mix including general, ortho, OB, neuro, vascular, and healthy peds
• 90% self-directed cases

Compensation

• $550,000 Base Salary – Guaranteed in Years 1 & 2
• Up to 90% Profit-Sharing Eligibility in Year 2
• $50,000 Sign-On Bonus – Paid in full at signing
• Uncapped Income Potential – Some partners earn 7 figures annually
• Full Partner Status in Year 3 – No buy-in required, partners earn $700,000-$750,000+
