Pay:$21.00-$25.00/hour based on experience
Shift Premium:$1.20/hour for nights
Schedule:

  • 2-2-3 Straight Night Shift (5:00 PM - 5:00 AM)

About the Role
Amcor is hiring a Material Handler to support shipping, receiving, inventory management, and material movement throughout our Oshkosh manufacturing operations. In this role, you will help maintain inventory accuracy, support production flow, and ensure materials are safely and efficiently moved throughout the facility.
What You'll Do

  • Act as a safety leader and promote a safety-first culture
  • Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely
  • Load and unload trailers as needed
  • Receive, identify, and move materials while maintaining inventory accuracy
  • Collect and load scrap materials for recycling and resale
  • Stretch wrap pallets and move finished goods and work-in-process materials
  • Maintain clean, organized warehouse and inventory storage areas
  • Follow GMP, ISO, PPE, and quality procedures
  • Support Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Assist other production areas and complete additional tasks as assigned

Must Have

  • Commitment to safety and quality
  • Ability to operate a forklift or willingness to complete forklift training
  • Ability to read, understand, and follow customer specifications and work instructions
  • Strong attention to detail and accurate recordkeeping skills
  • Basic computer skills, including data entry, email, and production systems
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities

Preferred

  • Manufacturing, warehouse, shipping, receiving, or material handling experience
  • Forklift experience
  • Continuous improvement or Kaizen experience
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Positive attitude with a focus on teamwork and accountability
