Job description

Are you looking to start or grow your career in manufacturing? We are seeking a motivated Blow Mold Machine Operator to join our team in Racine, WI. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, mechanical equipment, and learning new skills in a fast-paced production environment.

In this role, you'll operate and monitor our blow molding equipment, help ensure high-quality products are produced, and work closely with our Maintenance Technician to learn machine setup, color changes, tooling changes, and basic machine adjustments. What will your job involve?
  • Operate and monitor blow molding machinery to produce quality products that meet specifications
  • Trim excess material from molded products
  • Regrind scrap material and non-conforming parts for reuse in the manufacturing process
  • Assist with machine color changes and tooling changeovers
  • Perform basic machine adjustments and monitor machine performance during production runs
  • Weigh finished products to verify quality and machine accuracy
  • Assemble products by inserting metal components into plastic parts using punch press equipment
  • Safely hand-feed metal components into production equipment
  • Package finished products for shipment
  • Follow all safety procedures, quality standards, and company policies
  • Lift and move materials and products weighing up to 50 pounds throughout the shift
What are we looking for?
  • Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience is preferred, but we welcome candidates with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn
  • Experience in a hands-on, physically active, or labor-intensive role
  • Mechanical aptitude and an interest in manufacturing equipment
  • Dependable attendance and a commitment to workplace safety
  • A positive, team-oriented attitude
  • A history of reliability and longevity in previous positions is a plus
