Alphanumeric is hiring a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist Manager to work in Fayetteville, NC with an innovative and compassionate leader in pediatric therapy.
Salary Range: $72,000 - $85,000 annually

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide speech-language therapy services to pediatric patients.
  • Conduct evaluations, assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Mentor and support Speech-Language Pathologists and clinical staff.
  • Assist with clinical supervision, onboarding, and professional development initiatives.
  • Promote evidence-based practices and clinical excellence.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes.
  • Support quality improvement initiatives and department goals.
  • Foster a positive, collaborative, and growth-focused team.
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).
  • Active North Carolina Speech-Language Pathology license (or ability to obtain).
  • Pediatric therapy experience required.
  • Demonstrated leadership, mentoring, or supervisory experience preferred.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Passion for supporting the growth and development of fellow clinicians.
