Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Clerk to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting daily office operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow within the organization. This position involves handling a variety of administrative tasks, including managing correspondence, maintaining filing systems, and assisting with data entry.
Key Responsibilities

• Manage and organize incoming and outgoing correspondence and communications.
• Maintain and update filing systems both electronically and physically.
• Assist in data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
• Coordinate office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
• Schedule and arrange meetings and appointments for staff members.
• Support various departments by providing clerical assistance and documentation.

Qualifications
Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
