What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain customer relationships using a consultative sales approach
• Provide strong customer service to support client satisfaction
• Assist with team coordination and step into leadership responsibilities when needed
• Support onboarding and training sessions for team members
• Contribute to daily team operations and ongoing projects

What We’re Looking For

• Interest in business, sales, or leadership development
• Customer service or sales experience is helpful but not required
• Willingness to learn through structured training and feedback
• Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented mindset
• Reliable work ethic and accountability
