Job description

Job Summary:
All Lines Technology is seeking a PC Technician to support PC refresh and deployment projects for locations throughout the greater Pittsburgh area. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their IT career who is looking for hands-on experience, skill development, and strong long-term growth potential within the IT field.
Responsibilities:
• ePerform PC refresh and deployment projects, including pre-surveys and on-site installation
• sMaintain accurate asset inventory tracking
• gBack up user data and restore profiles to new computer
• sDeploy and configure Windows 11 systems in large rollout environment
• sPerform hardware and software upgrades, including Microsoft Office
• eSet up, test, and troubleshoot printers and peripherals
• sConfigure networked PCs, including
• Mapping network drive
• sSetting up TCP/IP
• Configuring static IP addresses
• sSupport end-of-lease laptop refresh project
• sUtilize USMT or other imaging/ghosting tools as needed
• dProvide basic networking support, including working knowledge of DHC
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
• Relevant CompTIA certifications (A+, Network+, etc.)
• Hands-on experience imaging, repairing, or deploying computers, laptops, printers, and peripherals
• IT internship experience or 3+ months in a Help Desk or IT Technician role
• Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and in team-based deployment environments
• Valid Driver’s License required
• Ability to travel to client sites around the Pittsburgh area
• Professional communication and customer-facing skills
