Processor II (Post Sale Audit)
Aldridge Pite, LLP is a multi-state law firm that focuses heavily on the utilization of technology to create work flow synergies with its clients and business partners. Aldridge Pite is a full-service provider of legal services to depository and non-depository financial institutions including banks, credit unions, mortgage servicing concerns, institutional investors, private firms, and other commercial clients. Purpose
Aldridge Pite, LLP is seeking a Processor II for its Rockville, Maryland office. This will be a hybrid position. The Processor is responsible for accurately drafting and submitting Suggested Audits (a report of the foreclosure transaction). The Specialist will also correspond with clients, court, and court auditors. Knowledge of foreclosure process or Settlement experience is required.
Specific Duties, Activities and Responsibilities
• Gather receipts and documents from case management and client systems
• Verify the accuracy of all transaction receipts
• Prepare and submit Suggest Audit reports
• Update and monitor case management and client systems
• Communicate with clients/courts/vendors/auditors
• Follow-Up with clients/courts/vendors/auditors for impediment resolution as required
• Assist with other duties and special projects as needed
Job Requirements
• Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Knowledge of foreclosure process or Settlement experience
• Proficiency in software tools, including but not limited to Word, Excel, Outlook
• Excellent problem solving and organizational skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Overall positive attitude and willingness to adapt to change
