*Some Saturday availability is preferred but not required.

We work with families with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorders in their homes, communities and at our center to provide high quality ABA Services. Our team believes in developing talent and offers opportunities for growth in a diversity of skill sets. We use the Science of ABA to implement individualized interventions that help our clients cultivate functional behaviors in a variety of settings by enhancing communication skills and teaching strategies for self-regulation.
Overview - About the Behavior Technician Position:
Under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, the Behavior Technician or ABA Therapist role provides 1-to-1 Applied Behavioral Analysis services to children diagnosed with Autism (ASD). Therapy sessions usually run 3-4 hours and primarily take place during after school hours in the client's home, Community, and/or at our Center. Our team focuses on assigning cases as locally as possible (usually within 30 minutes) to your home address or regular school/other work location
Travel time pay and mileage reimbursements are available (when applicable).
Qualifications of an ABA Therapist / Behavior Technician
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (Required)
  • Valid Driver's License (Required)
  • Bachelor's degree, EEC and other certifications are welcomed
  • Friendly, energetic, and enjoys working with individuals with special needs
  • Experience working with children
  • Ability to attend an initial orientation
  • Timely and organized
  • Ability to work independently
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively within a variety of situations

Responsibilities of an ABA Therapist / Behavior Technician
  • Creating a fun and engaging learning environment
  • Working under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst
  • Working with families for effective collaboration
  • Submitting all required paperwork in a timely manner
  • Electronic Data collection
  • Implementing individualized behavior support plans
  • Implementing skill acquisition programs
