Our Starbucks is located in Terminal 4 inside the TSA checkpoint. Guests can grab their coffee on the way to their gate!

Compensation:

$70,000 – $72,000 Per Year

Qualifications & Requirements:

• High School Diploma or better.
• 3+ years Food Service Management.
• 3+ years retail/customer service management experience.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal and problem‑solving skills.
• Entrepreneurial mentality with experience in a sales‑focused environment.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to coach and mentor team partners with professional maturity.
• Minimum High School or GED.
• Obtain and maintain current Serve Safe Food Manager’s Certification within six months of hire/promotion.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs. and perform essential job functions such as standing, bending, reaching, climbing a ladder, and walking long distances.
• Standing for long periods and working in varying temperatures.
• Full‑time availability; work may exceed 40 hours per week, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, or holidays as required.
• Proficiency in reading and writing, Microsoft Office Suite, and mathematics.
• Functional Expert: Considered a thought leader on a subject.
• Team Player: Works well as part of a group.
• Leader: Inspires teammates to follow.
• Self‑Starter: Performs without outside help.
