Job Title: Outside Sales Consultant
Location: Cincinnati, OH / Northern Kentucky

We're partnering with a growing commercial cleaning services company to find a hungry, relationship-driven Outside Sales Consultant for the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky market. You'll drive new business from the ground up: prospecting, meeting decision-makers face to face, walking properties, and turning conversations into signed contracts. It's a great fit for a self-starter who thrives without a lot of oversight and wants their paycheck to reflect their effort.

This is a hybrid, direct-hire role based in Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky, offering a $65,000 base salary plus uncapped commission, with realistic six-figure earning potential for someone who can perform.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new business through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Build relationships with business owners and decision-makers.
• Conduct on-site surveys and prepare customized service proposals.
• Present solutions, negotiate contracts, and close new business.
• Manage a sales pipeline and maintain CRM records.
• Collaborate with the sales team and attend weekly meetings.
• Represent the company professionally while delivering excellent customer service.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of outside sales experience with a proven record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Experience with new business development and cold calling.
• B2B service sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory.
• Must live in or near the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky area.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screening.

• Experience selling payroll, credit card processing, or other business services.
• Prior quota-carrying sales experience.
