Business Data Analyst:
Must-Have:
• Minimum 5 years of experience with large-scale data applications, including data analysis, mapping, and transformation.
• Experience with Snowflake
• Proficient in SQL, query optimization, and analytical queries
• Skilled in business requirements gathering and source-to-target mapping (STTM)
• Experience with data consolidation, transformation, and standardization
• Experience in the Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance domain, including policy and claims lifecycle
• Excellent communication skills and experience collaborating with stakeholders and business SMEs
Key Skills: Data analysis, mapping, transformation, standardization, SQL, data modeling, requirements gathering, STTM documentation, and P&C insurance domain expertise.
