*The Pay Range for this position is USD $25-30/hr. Pay range for this job level is a general guideline only for States that enforces pay transparency and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. • The main function of the Technician 2 is to be responsible for the completion of inspections, including initial interpretation, reporting and billing. Technician 2 is thoroughly familiar with the scope and methods of NDT being used and should perform assigned responsibility for on-the-job training and guidance of Assistant Technicians. Technician 2 will assist in overseeing the quality assurance/quality control of the crews on same work assignment or location, and may provide customer interface for crews on same work assignment or locations.

• Ability to be certified in accordance with Aegeus written practice in the following methods: RT Certification Lvl 2
• Ability to set up and standardize equipment, conducts tests, interpret and evaluate findings in compliance with required specifications, standards and or customer specifications.
• Be thoroughly familiar with the scope and limitations of the techniques and method in which are to be employed.
• Be capable of developing written work instructions from approved general procedures.
• Must have working knowledge of MS Office Suite of products

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Technical Background in NDT methods and techniques required.
• Minimum of 1+ years of NDT experience with full documentation of prior training, experience and certification is required.
• Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

• NDT Level II certification in: RT Certification Lvl 2 required, PT & MT Certification Lvl 2 preferred
• Must meet minimum company requirements to operate a company vehicle and be eligible for coverage under Company insurance program.

• Able to perform very heavy work (exerting in excess of 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or in excess of 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or in excess of 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects).
