    About AdsGency AI

AdsGency AI is an AI-native startup building a multi-agent automation layer for digital advertising.

Our platform uses LLM-powered agents to autonomously launch, optimize, and scale ad campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, and more — without human marketers in the loop.

    Our mission:

Build the infrastructure where AI runs performance marketing better than humans ever could.

We're scaling fast — which means hiring speed, hiring quality, and people operations matter.

The Role — Recruiting Coordinator / People Operations

This is a foundational people role, not a back-office HR position.

As Recruiting Coordinator / People Ops, you'll own the execution layer of hiring and people operations — making sure candidates move fast, interview loops run cleanly, and employees have a smooth, professional experience from day one.

You are the person who makes sure:

    • Interviews actually happen (on time, with the right people)
    • Offers go out fast
    • New hires are productive immediately
    • People operations don't slow the company down

You'll work closely with founders, hiring managers, and ops to keep the company running at startup speed.

    What You'll Do Recruiting Operations
    • Coordinate end-to-end interview scheduling across time zones
    • Manage candidate pipelines in the ATS and keep data clean
    • Ensure fast feedback loops and candidate follow-ups
    • Prepare interview materials and hiring packets
    • Help drive offer generation and closing logistics
    Hiring Experience & Velocity
    • Create a high-quality, founder-level candidate experience
    • Track hiring funnel metrics (time-to-hire, stage conversion)
    • Identify bottlenecks in interview loops and fix them
    • Keep hiring managers accountable to timelines
    People Operations
    • Support onboarding: accounts, paperwork, first-week setup
    • Maintain employee records and basic HR systems
    • Assist with payroll coordination, benefits enrollment, and compliance
    • Support visa-related coordination (OPT / CPT / STEM-OPT)
    Cross-Functional Support
    • Partner with founders and team leads on hiring priorities
    • Support headcount planning and hiring calendars
    • Help document internal processes as the company scales
    What You Bring

1–4 years of experience in Recruiting Coordination, People Ops, or HR Operations

Strong organizational skills — nothing slips through the cracks

    Excellent communication and follow-up instincts

Comfort operating in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment

Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion

Bias toward action — you fix problems instead of escalating them

    Bonus Points

    Startup or high-growth company experience

Exposure to technical, GTM, or AI hiring

Experience with ATS tools (Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, etc.)

Experience supporting multi-role hiring at once

Interest in growing into Recruiter, People Ops Lead, or HR Manager

    Why Join AdsGency AI?
    • Competitive salary + performance-based bonus + meaningful equity
    • Real ownership over how hiring and people ops are run
    • Work directly with founders and leadership
    • Minimal bureaucracy. High trust. High standards.
    • Fast growth, steep learning curve
    • Visa sponsorship available (OPT / CPT / STEM-OPT / H1B)

Industry: AI & Software Development / AdTech
