Job description

Traveling Superintendents are the company representative responsible for the scheduling and coordination of all on site construction activities. A successful superintendent will complete projects on time and with the highest quality.

This includes the daily monitoring of safety and cleanliness of your assigned project. As the lead company representative on site, the Superintendent affects the reputation and success of ADI Construction on a daily basis.

Traveling Superintendents should have experience in the following:

  • Ability and flexibility to travel and adapt to multiple jurisdictional requirements, including local codes and regulations
  • Foster good working relationships with local code officials and inspectors
  • Knowledge of construction materials, means and methods, trade construction
  • Understanding of Architectural, Structural and MEP plans and specifications
  • Quality control
  • OSHA Safety Regulations
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Windows operating systems and associated software
