Job description

Adelphi is seeking Bilingual Speech-Language Pathologists to provide services to students at schools in Lake Worth, Texas. The ideal candidates will deliver culturally and linguistically responsive speech and language services in English and the student’s primary language to support communication development and academic success.

Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology

• Provide speech and language therapy in the student’s dominant language, as appropriate, to ensure equitable access to services.
• Accurately document the language of assessment and service delivery in accordance with IDEA and district requirements.
• Collaborate with families, bilingual educators, and multidisciplinary team members to support student progress.
• Participate in ARD/IEP meetings and contribute compliant, data-driven recommendations.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
