• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health status and formulate tailored treatment plans that foster personal growth.
• Provide individual therapy using a variety of evidence-based modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness strategies.
• Set therapeutic goals collaboratively with clients and regularly monitor their progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Deliver sessions through teletherapy, accommodating clients' needs for virtual access to mental health support.
• Maintain precise and timely documentation, complying with ethical and legal standards while reflecting our dedication to professionalism.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Acuity International Health Care Inc., you will serve a diverse clientele, including individuals dealing with various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Many clients seek our services to overcome life transitions and personal struggles. You will play a vital role in their healing journey, providing the guidance and support necessary for their growth and recovery.

• Possession of a current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling the establishment of trusting relationships with clients.
• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach to clients' experiences.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities to effectively manage caseloads and administrative responsibilities.

• Experience with a broad range of therapeutic modalities and techniques.
• Prior experience in teletherapy or working with a remote client base.
• Background in community mental health setting and familiarity with treatment for trauma and diverse populations.

• Attractive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
