    Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist, you will have a variety of responsibilities, including:

    • Conducting comprehensive patient evaluations, analyzing medical history, and establishing treatment goals based on specific assessments.
    • Communicating evaluation results and treatment plans effectively to patients and their families, ensuring they are integral to the goal-setting process.
    • Implementing evidence-based treatment protocols while adapting to each patient's unique presentation and evolving healthcare landscape.
    • Working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care, documenting any changes in patient conditions and adjusting treatment plans accordingly.
    • Overseeing discharge planning and follow-up care, ensuring accurate documentation of patient encounters, establishing baseline goals, and detailing progress throughout treatment.
    • Managing your time effectively to meet productivity expectations while maintaining an organized schedule and punctual attendance.
    • Participating in hospital and community outreach initiatives to promote health awareness and access to care.
    • Contributing to the achievement of departmental goals and objectives while adhering to all regulatory and accreditation standards.
    • Pursuing professional development through continuing education opportunities and serving as a clinical instructor for students in the field.
