Senior Customer Service Representative

ACG Resources

Salary: $60000 – $65000

Location: On-site in uptown Manhattan

Salary range is $60-65k depending on skills and experience

Support the Branch manager in the daily management of branch operations while delivering exceptional customer service. Handling account opening, account maintenance, and related customer service requests, ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements. Promote and cross-sell bank products and services to new and existing clients. Assist the manager in achieving new deposit growth and Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) goals. Perform quality control reviews of customer documentation and assist with internal audits and operational controls. In the absence of the Branch Manager, serves as the acting manager by providing leadership, overseeing branch operations, and ensuring uninterrupted service.

Requirements: 2-4 years of experience required. Good Excel and Word skills, able to use Outlook for emails. Candidate must have good communication and comprehension skills, must be a team player, flexible, and a quick learner.

This role requires unrestricted U.S. work authorization. Employer sponsorship is not available.
