HIRING IMMEDIATELY: PICKER/PACKER IN BELCAMP, MD
Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Picker/Packer to join our team in Belcamp, Maryland. This individual will be responsible for inspecting product tins for defects, quality, and proper seals, packing finished tins efficiently into boxes for shipment, and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workstation. The ideal candidate will possess comfortable performing repetitive tasks in a standing position for the full shift, strong attendance and reliability are critical, and more listed below. Pay, Schedule, and Location

• Starting at $18/hour
• Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
• Mon-Fri 11pm-7am
• Located in Belcamp, Maryland

Duties and Responsibilities

• Inspect product tins for defects, quality, and proper seals
• Pack finished tins efficiently into boxes for shipment
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation
• Perform fast-paced, repetitive tasks continuously throughout the shift

Requirements and Qualifications

• Immediate Availability: Ready to start right away-no formal interview needed
• Background & Drug Screen: Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug test
• Work Ethic: Comfortable performing repetitive tasks in a standing position for the full shift
• Punctuality: Strong attendance and reliability are critical for 3rd shift
• Mechanical experience is a major plus
