???? Additional $0.50/hour Shift Differential for hours worked between 12:00 AM and 8:00 AM

Do you have a passion for helping others and making a difference in your community? Ability Beyond Barriers is seeking a caring, dependable, and motivated Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide overnight support to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in the Conway area.

As a DSP, you'll help individuals live as independently as possible while ensuring their health, safety, and well-being. This is more than a job—it's an opportunity to build meaningful relationships and positively impact lives every day.

What You'll Do:

✅ Assist individuals with daily living activities and personal care as needed
✅ Promote independence and community inclusion
✅ Monitor safety and provide overnight support
✅ Complete required documentation and reports
✅ Support individual goals and quality of life

Schedule

WEEK 1

  • Sunday: OFF
  • Monday: OFF
  • Tuesday: 10 pm - 8 am
  • Wednesday: 10 pm to 8 am
  • Thursday: OFF
  • Friday: OFF
  • Saturday: 8 pm - 8 am

WEEK 2

  • Sunday: 8 pm - 8 am
  • Monday: 10 pm - 8 am
  • Tuesday: OFF
  • Wednesday: OFF
  • Thursday: OFF
  • Friday: 11 pm - 10 am
  • Saturday: OFF
