Position Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and mechanically inclined Junior Electro-Maintenance Technician to join our operations team. This is an excellent opportunity for a technical high school graduate or early career technician looking to build hands-on experience with advanced manufacturing equipment.

No Specific prior maintenance experience is required. Full training will be provided on the job.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Preform routine mechanical and electrical maintenance on production equipment.
  • Assist senior technicians with troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repair of electromechanical components.
  • Conduct equipment in, preventative maintenance tasks, and cleaning.
  • Monitor machine performance and escalate issues promptly.
  • Follow established safety procedures, including lock-out/tag-out.
  • Document maintenance activities and equipment performance.
  • Support equipment setup, changeovers, and calibration.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area following 5S and continuous improvement practices.


Qualifications:

Required:

  • Technical high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years of any work experience.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and interest in electromechanical systems.
  • Ability to use basic hand tools and follow technical instructions.
  • Reliability, attention to detail, and teamwork mindset.

Preferred (not required):

  • Exposure to industrial machinery, electronics, or mechanical systems.
  • Basic understanding of electrical safety principles.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand for extended periods during shifts
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move items up to 50 lbs.
