We are seeking a dedicated Product Support Engineer to play a crucial role in our Source-to-Pay Transformation Program. • Triage and resolve production incidents in GEP Smart for Materials and Services procurement.
• Trace and troubleshoot transaction failures across SAP Process Orchestration and GEP Click middleware.
• Support Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) in GEP, ensuring smooth contract creation, approval, and renewal processes.
• Coordinate with SAP teams to address transaction posting issues and ensure financial reconciliation.
• Monitor and support master data interfaces between GEP and SAP, troubleshooting sync failures.
• Implement preventive measures for recurring issue patterns to enhance production stability.
• Support BU-specific GEP tenant configurations and execute test cycles for product features and integration touchpoints.
• Validate GEP Spend Analytics data across BU hierarchies.
• Collaborate with scrum masters and workstream leads to manage the GEP support backlog and participate in sprint ceremonies.

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience with GEP Smart across various modules including Materials Procurement, Services Procurement, and Spend Analytics.
• Proven experience in a hybrid GEP procurement landscape with an understanding of document flows and system-of-record boundaries.
• Experience with GEP Click and familiarity with integration middleware such as SAP Process Orchestration.
• Strong understanding of Service PO and Service Confirmation workflows in GEP and their integration with SAP.
• Experience supporting master data interfaces between GEP and SAP.
• Proficiency in defect and backlog tracking tools such as Jira or ServiceNow.

• Experience in the utility or energy industry.
• Familiarity with Agile/SAFe delivery models.
