A-1 Industries is seeking a dependable an Industrial Maintenance Technician to support the upkeep and repair of our facility, equipment, and building systems. This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair issues related to HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Inspect facility, equipment, and appliances to ensure proper functionality
- Perform routine maintenance and coordinate replacement of damaged or outdated equipment
- Ensure electrical wiring meets safety and regulatory standards
- Identify and coordinate with subcontractors for larger repair projects
- Respond to on-call and emergency maintenance needs
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
- Support team operations and complete additional tasks as assigned
Required Skills & Experience
- 3-5 years of maintenance or related experience required
- Strong working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Education and Experience
- Minimum 1-year industrial maintenance experience
- High school diploma or GED required.
- An AA degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance/engineering a plus.
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods standing and walking throughout facilities.
- Must be able to lift up to 45 pounds at times.
- Must be able to bend, lift, stretch, climb, and crawl to maintain equipment and buildings.
- Must be able to perform work in a variety of weather conditions.

- Day and Night shift schedules
- Day shift: Monday - Friday, 5:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m., Saturday, 5:30 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
- Night shift: Monday - Thursday, 5:30 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
- On call availability
