Digital Imaging Company seeks Document Preppers to join Document Prep Team in a large production environment. These individuals will be dedicated to sorting, organizing and ensuring documents are properly prepared for downstream scanning operations.
Shift: Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm
Key Responsibilities
- Validation/Reconciliation of boxes/files received
Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent (ideal for recent graduates)
* Strong attention to detail and ability to stay focused on repetitive tasks
* Ability to meet production goals and deadlines
* Good hand‐eye coordination and comfort working with physical documents
* Ability to stand or sit for extended periods, depending on task requirements
* Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic
* Ability to work well independently and within a team environment
* Experience working in records management, document processing, warehouse, or production environment is preferred
Work Environment:
This position takes place in a production-style document scanning facility. Training will be provided on all preparation procedures and document‐handling guidelines.
