Job description

Major service provider seeks Warehouse worker in Orlando FL.

Essential Responsibilities:
  • Ensures adequate inventory of serialized equipment is received correctly and labeled correctly. Will move copiers into applicable section of warehouse to prepare for loading on freight truck for several dispositions (ie return or scrap).
  • Conducts weekly inventory analysis to solve inventory discepencies.
  • Supports inventory control procedures.
  • Ensures order fulfillment is current and accurate using our database(s).
  • Performs physical inventory of equipment each quarter to in compliance with inventory policies. Involves prepping and working with teams during inventory.
  • Supports all functions related to warehouse operations including shipping & receiving and teams.
  • Responsible for tracking inventory movement including transfers to ensure the integrity of inventory.
  • Support team to fulfil targets every month, quarter, and/or year end.
  • Prepared to join and support the Team, as needed. Team player mentality - no silos.
  • Organize and upkeep of warehouse functions and areas.
  • Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.
Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of experience working in a warehouse
  • High School Diploma or HS equivalency
  • Forklift experience. Certification preferred but we can certify if needed.
  • Experience with office products (ie Copiers and Printers) or similar industry a plus.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Strong people relationship skills with customers, vendors, and personnel within the organization are required.
  • Computer and smart phone/tablet literacy and familiarity with the internet are required.
  • Ability to work evenings and weekend hours during peak periods.
  • Must have strong ethics and work as an effective, collaborative team member.
