What You’ll Do

  • Own the guest experience from greeting to delivery—build trust fast, close clean

  • Internet Sales: work CRM queues, handle inbound leads, set/confirm appointments, run virtual walkarounds/Zoom, and convert digital inquiries into showroom deals

  • Master Ford product knowledge, incentives, and financing options

  • Work the phones, text, email, and social media to generate your own traffic

  • Keep your pipeline, appointments, and docs tight—no loose ends
