We are seeking a motivated and outgoing Marketing Sales Representative to help promote our products, develop customer relationships, and support our continued growth. This is a full-time, in-person position for someone who enjoys working with people and wants to build valuable experience in sales, marketing, communication, and leadership.

What You’ll Do

• Present and demonstrate company products to prospective customers

• Build positive relationships with customers through professional, personalized service

• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate product solutions

• Support sales and marketing campaigns designed to increase brand awareness

• Generate new leads through referrals, networking, and community outreach

• Follow up with prospective and existing customers

• Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and available purchase options

• Answer customer questions and confidently address concerns

• Work with team members to achieve individual and company sales goals

• Track customer interactions, sales activity, and performance results

• Participate in daily meetings, coaching sessions, and ongoing training

• Gather customer feedback and communicate market insights to management

• Stay informed about company products, promotions, and industry trends

• Represent Zeta Group Inc. professionally at appointments, events, and promotional activities

• Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after each sale

• High school diploma or equivalent

Previous experience in sales, marketing, retail, hospitality, customer service, or business development is helpful but not required. We provide comprehensive training for qualified candidates.

Schedule

• Full-time position

• On-site in Merrillville, Indiana

• Day, evening, and weekend availability may be required based on customer appointments and business needs
