What You’ll Do
- Connect with inbound homeowner leads via phone, text, email, and video call
- Manage residential sales activity across your Colorado territory
- Build accurate quotes and coordinate financing options including credit applications
- Maintain CRM records and keep all job statuses current
- Collaborate with the Operations Team throughout the customer journey - from order handoff to resolution of any concerns - to ensure a consistently high-quality experience
- Represent Zen Windows at local networking events in the Denver area as opportunities arise
- Track and report on monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals and margins
- Share feedback from customer interactions to help improve processes and overall experience
Requirements
- Located in Colorado
- Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, distraction-free home workspace
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable selling via phone, text, email, and video call
- Self-starter who can manage time and pipeline independently
- Coachable - open to feedback and committed to continuous improvement
- Collaborative and team-oriented mindset
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in residential construction, in-home sales, high-ticket sales, or staffing and recruiting
- Experience working in a remote or autonomous sales environment
- Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Meet)
- Work ethic and commitment to learning matter most - no specific experience required
