We are a small, well-established Insurance agency located in North Raleigh, and we’re looking for a full-time P&C Insurance Licensed CSR to join our team!

In this role, you’ll be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, answering questions about Home & Auto Insurance policies for personal & commercial policy holders, processing payments, and maintaining accurate customer records. Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license is required. We are happy to provide training for the right candidate who is eager to learn and grow in the insurance industry.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office—particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook—is important. We’re looking for someone who is organized, communicative, and enjoys working in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
