Marketing Coordinator

About the Role
We're looking for a highly organized, creative, and proactive Marketing Coordinator to help drive the growth of our rapidly expanding companies: OneRoof Real Estate and Nectar Pest Control.
This is not a traditional marketing position where you'll simply schedule social media posts. You'll work directly with leadership to execute content, coordinate marketing initiatives, manage creative projects, support brand growth, and help generate leads across multiple channels.
The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can take ownership of projects from idea to execution.
What You'll Be Responsible For

• Coordinating and managing social media content across multiple platforms
• Organizing and assisting with video production and content creation
• Managing audience engagement, comments, messages, and online communities
• Coordinating marketing materials, merchandise, and print projects
• Working with designers, videographers, agencies, and marketing vendors
• Supporting influencer partnerships and relationship management
• Helping improve websites, marketing funnels, and lead generation systems
• Tracking marketing performance and reporting key metrics
• Representing the company at networking events and industry functions
• Collaborating directly with leadership on marketing strategy and growth initiatives
