ABOUT OUR AGENCY

I opened my agency in 2017 after spending time as a middle school math teacher, bringing a strong foundation in education, patience, and problem-solving into agency ownership. I’m a graduate of the University of Missouri, a former college golf player, and have been married for 21 years with three great kids. Outside of work, I enjoy hiking, hunting, fishing, and spending time outdoors.

Our team includes two members, and we’ve built an office that values relationships, integrity, and doing the right thing every day. Community involvement is important to us, and we stay active through our local church and the Fellowship of Christian Athletes.

ROLE DESCRIPTION

As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Mark McBride - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.

Compensation $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
