At Caring Transitions of Guilford, we help seniors and families through some of life’s biggest transitions — downsizing, moving, estate sales, and home cleanouts. We’re looking for dependable, compassionate people who enjoy helping others and want work that truly makes a difference.

Position: Team Member
Pay: $17/hour

What You’ll Be Doing
- Organizing, sorting, packing, and unpacking household items
- Assisting with downsizing, relocations, and home cleanouts
- Moving boxes, decor, and small furniture items
- Preparing items for donation, sale, or disposal
- Photographing and listing items for online auctions
- Assisting at estate sales
- Working closely with teammates to complete projects efficiently
- Supporting clients and families with professionalism, patience, and compassion

Job Requirements
- Must be able to safely lift 30+ pounds
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required

- Applicants should live within 30 miles of Guilford, Branford, East Haven, New Haven, Wallingford, or North Haven
