JOB PURPOSE:
The Store manager will manage the store on a day to day basis. Their focus on the daily operations, which consists of managing the brand, ensuring service meets the brand standards, managing inventories, controlling costs as it relates to product and labor to ensure budgets are met, maintain store cleanliness, manage employees and inventory. Ensure our customers are taken care of with exceptional customer service!

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
* Minimum 1-2 years relevant experience
* Food Manager’s Certificate ( will allow time to attain)
* Have a thorough understanding of customer service.
* Proper dress policy and nonslip shoes worn at all times
* Managers are required to be able to work any day of the week with flexible working hours, including morning and evening shifts; minimum 4-5 days a week operation, including weekend and some holidays.
 manages draw for change , available to cover shifts
* While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to walk, talk, lift 30-50lbs, push and pull.
 

NECESSARY SKILLS:

• Can open and close the store appropriately and efficiently
• Some experience in teaching and training team members
• Business Acumen
• Work the store Independently
• Understands and keep up with inventory
• Knows how to handle a health inspection
• Can stand for long periods of time
• Can work Saturdays and Sundays
• Can work holidays (not Thanksgiving or Christmas)
• Positive and professional attitude
• Extraordinary customer service skills
• Strong communication and ability to work cohesively with all co-workers in a team
• Ability to perform job functions with minimal supervision, attention to detail 
• Ability to clean and organize is extremely important

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Some Holidays
• Evening shift
• Cover calls 
• Weekend availability
