If you enjoy solving complex problems, designing innovative products, and seeing your ideas move from concept to production, we'd love to hear from you! What You'll DoDesign and develop new products and improve existing productsUse CREO to create 3D models, designs, and engineering drawingsLead projects from concept to production release, including prototype development, testing, product BOM creation, and drawing developmentParticipate in design reviews and continuous improvement initiativesServe as a product technical expert for production, sales, and service departmentsManage multiple engineering projects while meeting deadlines, quality standards, and customer expectations Minimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, or a related fieldExperience in product design within a manufacturing environmentProficiency with CREO, Microsoft Office, and other applicable softwareUnderstanding of GD&T and manufacturing processesStrong problem-solving skills, communication, and project management skillsAbility to pass pre-employment screening Preferred QualificationsAgriculture or farming background with knowledge of agricultural equipmentExperience with FEA software Role SpecificsFirst Shift: 7:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, plus required overtime as scheduledPrimarily office-based with collaboration in production, R&D, and testing environmentsOccasional travel between facilities and field-testing locationsSelf-motivated with the ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlinesPay will be determined based on the candidate's education, relevant experience, demonstrated skills and qualifications, internal equity, and current market conditions. Why Join Yetter?It's not just a job when you join Yetter Manufacturing - it's a career.
