Ready to put your Journeyman plumbing experience to work with steady residential service calls, strong earning potential, and the freedom to handle your day with confidence. This opportunity gives you year round work, a local service area, and a team that values quality plumbing and great customer service.

What You'll Get

  • Earn $38 to $50 per hour, based on experience.

  • Production pay opportunities.

  • $5,000 sign on bonus.

  • Receive $2,500 after 6 months of active employment.

  • Receive an additional $2,500 after 12 months of active employment.

  • Full time schedule, typically 40 to 45 hours per week.

  • Monday through Friday schedule.

  • Optional overtime opportunities.

  • Take home service vehicle.

  • Medical insurance.

  • Local service area, allowing you to be home every night.

  • Relocation assistance available for qualified candidates moving to the Wisconsin Rapids, Wisconsin area.

What You'll Do

  • Complete residential plumbing service calls.

  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair residential plumbing systems.

  • Install water heaters, plumbing fixtures, piping systems, and related equipment.

  • Communicate plumbing findings and recommended solutions clearly to homeowners.

  • Organize and manage your daily service schedule and appointments.

  • Keep your take home service vehicle clean, organized, and properly stocked.

  • Provide professional, high quality plumbing service in a fast paced residential environment.

What You Need

  • Valid Journeyman Plumbing License or the ability to obtain one.

  • At least 3 years of residential plumbing service experience.

  • Strong plumbing troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.

  • Ability to work independently and effectively manage service calls.

  • Strong customer communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

  • Willingness to relocate to the Wisconsin Rapids, Wisconsin area.
