Role: Senior Data Architect

Location: atleast 2-3 days/week in office at either New York City or Albany office.

Immediate interviews and start after fingerprinting clearance.

Visa: Except and USC

“We are looking for a senior Data Architect. The candidate should have 10+ years experience with Data Lake/Data Analytics/Data Strategy.

Job duties:

• Elicit data related business goals and objectives from OTDA and OCFS.
• Establish a data architecture roadmap for the program.
• Establish and implement a data lake and analytics reference architecture for the program.
• Manage the data implementation plan for the three main IES Workstreams.
• Develop a reporting and analytics product that will be utilized by OTDA and OCFS.
• Create an implementation framework that the 3 workstreams can follow to utilize the data products.

Required experience and skill include:

• Developing data solutions from requirements gathering to post-production operation.
• Development of technology roadmaps and project plans.
• Development of detailed architecture documentation, including architecture models and specifications.
• Implementation mission critical data systems on wither Databricks and/or AWS.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
