Position Summary

We are looking for friendly and reliable team members to join our store. This position is ideal for someone who wants a stable job, is willing to commit long-term, and grow with our business.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take orders using the POS system

• Prepare bubble tea, drinks, following recipes and standards

• Handle cash and card payments accurately

• Keep the work area clean, organized, and stocked

• Restock toppings, cups, and supplies as needed

• Follow cleanliness and food safety standards

• Work as a team to provide fast and friendly service

Requirements

• Positive attitude and good customer service skills

• Responsible and reliable

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment

• Flexible schedule (evenings, weekends, and holidays preferred)

• Looking for someone interested in a long-term position and growth opportunities

• No experience required – training provided

• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs
