Job description

Who We Are (Xpanner)

Xpanner is redefining construction by empowering the people who build our world. We retrofit heavy machinery with easy-to-use software and Physical AI, tackling critical safety and productivity challenges on the ground. Through our subscription-based automation model (AaaS), we deliver task-specific, field-ready solutions that immediately maximize jobsite efficiency without massive upfront hardware costs. Backed by top-tier global venture capital and optimized by the industry's largest physical dataset, we are actively transforming renewable energy and infrastructure projects today. We don't just build abstract concepts—we make the useful usable, right in the field.

About the Team

The Geospatial Solutions Team is the link between high-tech GPS systems and heavy machinery. Working directly on job sites, these hands-on problem solvers install, calibrate, and troubleshoot Xpanner's smart GPS systems on excavators, pile drivers, and skid steer loaders. Their daily work ensures that every piece of automated machinery is perfectly aligned with the project's digital twin.

They are the critical link that makes Xpanner’s construction automation possible. By ensuring pinpoint machine accuracy, minimizing equipment downtime through active maintenance, and training field operators, they turn cutting-edge technology into reliable, real-world solutions.
