About the Position:

We are looking for sommeliers with deep food and wine knowledge, especially in a fine-dining setting. Ideal candidates have experience with multi-course tasting menus and possess a strong ability to guide guests through wine selections. You will work closely with our captains and kitchen team to enhance the guest journey, ensuring a seamless and thoughtful pairing experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide guests through wine pairings and selections to complement our multi-course tasting menus
• Perform precise wine service, including opening, decanting, and serving
• Manage the wine cellar, ensuring inventory accuracy and rotation of wines
• Collaborate with the chef and captains to align the wine program with the menu’s evolution
• Train and mentor front-of-house staff on wine knowledge and service techniques
