Job Title: Bilingual Studio Manager (Part-Time / Hybrid)

Location: Fort Lee, NJ

Job Type: Part-Time (Flexible 15–20 hours/week)

Salary: $16.00 / hour (Starting) ➔ $20.00 / hour (Post-Training Guarantee) + Sales Commissions & Monthly Bonuses

XFIT GOLF LAB is a high-end private golf studio in Northern NJ. We offer a luxury, data-driven environment for local professionals, corporate clients, and avid golfers. We are looking for a sharp, reliable Studio Manager to handle our daily client operations, scheduling, and sales.

[We Are Looking For Someone Who:]

  • Is an Exceptional Communicator (Bilinguals Highly Welcome!): Top-tier interpersonal skills. Ability to tailor communication to match a professional, sophisticated tone.

  • Is Hustle-Driven & Sharp: Eager to drive sales, close memberships, and earn extra commissions.

  • Is Highly Organized: Able to manage and optimize scheduling calendars to eliminate empty gaps.

[Key Responsibilities]

  • Client Relations: Promptly and professionally respond to inbound texts, emails, and inquiries.

  • Schedule Management: Strategically book golf lesson calendars to maximize studio capacity.

  • Sales & Retention: Conduct front-desk consultations for trial guests and drive package sign-ups / renewals.

  • Operations: Maintain a pristine studio environment, enforce cancellation policies, and log daily sales.

[Qualifications]

  • Language: Fully Bilingual in English and Korean is highly welcomed and preferred.

  • Experience: Prior experience in hospitality, boutique fitness, front desk, or sales is preferred.

  • Status: Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
