Job description

Ready to Launch Your Sales Career?

Want a career where your effort directly impacts your success – and you can actually see yourself moving up? This is an opportunity to join a rapidly growing staffing company that is adding a new salesperson every month and investing heavily in developing its team.

You don’t need years of sales experience or staffing experience to succeed here. They’ll train you, give you the tools and warm leads to get started, and provide a clear path to grow. If you’re competitive, outgoing, motivated, and excited to build a career in sales, this could be the opportunity you’ve been looking for.

This is a great fit for someone early in their career who wants to learn sales, build relationships, and earn based on their performance.

WHAT’S GREAT ABOUT THE COMPANY:

  • Growing fast – They’re in major growth mode and adding a new salesperson to the team every month!
  • President’s Club Trip – Top performers are rewarded with an annual President’s Club trip.
  • Comprehensive Training – Enjoy two full weeks of paid training to set you up for success from day one.
  • Competitive Benefits – Medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k), PTO, and more.
  • Tools to Help You Win – Company-paid mileage and a company credit card for business expenses.
  • Warm Leads – You’ll have access to warm leads and existing opportunities, giving you the chance to generate some quick wins while building your own book of business.

LOCATION: ON-SITE in Peoria – start and end each day in the branch

THE ROLE:

  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, networking, referrals, LinkedIn, and other business development strategies.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Conduct discovery meetings to understand clients’ workforce challenges, hiring needs, and business objectives.
  • Present staffing solutions tailored to each client's needs.
  • Generate new job orders and revenue through consistent business development activity.
  • Partner closely with recruiters and operations teams to ensure exceptional service and successful placements.
  • Manage the sales process from initial prospecting through contract negotiation and account development.
  • Conduct regular client follow-ups and meetings to strengthen relationships and identify additional opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate sales activity, pipeline, and client information within the company’s CRM.
  • Meet or exceed individual sales, activity, and revenue goals.
  • Stay informed on local labor-market conditions, industry trends, and competitive activity.

THE BACKGROUND:

  • 1+ years of relevant or transferable professional experience.
  • Motivated, coachable, and eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
  • Strong communication skills and a natural ability to build relationships.
  • Staffing industry experience is a plus but not required.
