Job Overview

XO Liquor is hiring a dependable and motivated cashier Associate for our 24-hour liquor store. We are looking for someone who can work independently, provide great customer service, maintain store cleanliness, and keep the store running smoothly during hours.

This position is ideal for someone reliable, alert, hardworking, and comfortable working shifts in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers
• Operate cash register and handle transactions accurately
• Verify IDs and follow all alcohol sales laws
• Restock shelves, coolers, and displays
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the store
• Handle customer questions and resolve issues professionally
• Monitor store activity and maintain a safe environment
• Assist with inventory and receiving deliveries
• Complete cleaning and recovery tasks
• Prepare store for morning shift

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Previous retail, cashier, liquor store, gas station, or overnight experience preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance required
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 40 lbs
• Weekend and holiday availability required
