POSITION SUMMARY

WUGONA provides support to all North American Würth Group companies in various fields ranging from finance, treasury, tax, law to human resources and talent management. WUGONA's Shared HR Group Service department is the North American branch of the in-house corporate function for training, talent and organizational management.
The Project Coordinator plays a key role in supporting learning, development, and HR initiatives across North America. With a strong focus on digital learning and training administration, this position is responsible for coordinating training programs, managing LMS-related activities, maintaining training data and reporting, and supporting the continuous improvement of the employee learning experience. Furthermore, this position supports the rollout of various HR systems & platforms across the organization.
This role will help build a more centralized and efficient learning & platform ecosystem by streamlining processes, supporting local companies, and ensuring the successful delivery of training and development programs. In addition, the coordinator will provide administrative and project support for Organizational Development initiatives, HR technology projects, and regional group programs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Coordinate and administer digital learning programs, LMS activities, training registrations, reporting, and learner communications.
  • Support local companies with training-related requests, digital learning processes, and training data needs.
  • Help develop and maintain scalable learning processes that improve efficiency and reduce administrative workload.
  • Support Organizational Development programs, talent initiatives, and HR technology implementations through coordination, documentation, and follow-up activities.
  • Maintain program records, reports, schedules, and communications for initiatives such as succession planning, performance management, and employee development programs.
  • Assist with the administration of regional agreements, contracts, and vendor relationships, including tracking renewals and maintaining documentation.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and support initiatives that enhance efficiency, consistency, and cost savings across the organization.
  • Support the rollout of HR systems and platforms across the organization in accordance with project plans, timeline and deliverables

EXPERIENCE
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in coordination projects (professional or academic)
  • S/B.A Degree in Business, Behavioral Sciences, or equivalent
  • Experience with training administration, learning management systems (LMS), or HR/HRIS-related systems or platforms preferred.
  • Experience supporting system implementations, process standardization, or technology-driven employee development initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Strong organizational, administrative and time management skills
  • Ability to coordinate multiple projects and initiatives at the same time
  • Comfortable with dealing with different levels of seniority
  • Must be a self-starter and comfortable with working in a dynamic environment
  • Fluency in German, Spanish, or French, a plus.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and digital collaboration tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Travel estimated at 5-10%
