Entry-Level Employment Attorney

Location: In Office – Beverly Hills, CA

Employment Type: Full-Time, Monday – Friday

Salary: $100,000 – $125,000 per year + Performance Bonuses & Benefits

What You’ll Do

  • Assist with managing pre-litigation employment law matters
  • Learn how to evaluate potential employment claims and case strategy
  • Assist with drafting demand letters, correspondence, and other legal documents
  • Conduct legal research
  • Communicate with clients under the guidance of experienced attorneys
  • Collaborate closely with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff
  • Maintain accurate and organized case files and documentation
  • Develop practical knowledge of California employment law
  • Gain exposure to AI-assisted legal workflows and technology-driven legal operations
  • Take on increasing responsibility as your knowledge and confidence develop



Who We’re Looking For

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
  • Recently passed the California Bar OR recently sat for the California Bar and are awaiting results
  • No prior attorney experience required
  • New law school graduates and newly licensed attorneys are strongly encouraged to apply
  • Genuine interest in building a career in employment law
  • Prior internships, clerkships, legal assistant, or paralegal experience are welcomed but not required
